How It Works

A clear path from first request to final teardown.

The booking funnel collects the details needed to evaluate your date, venue, equipment plan, and event format.

Submit the request

Select the date, event type, venue, rental length, and add-ons. The website provides a preliminary estimate.

Availability review

Forge Fairway reviews the schedule, venue location, logistics, and any special event needs.

Receive the quote

Your written quote confirms the package, delivery, add-ons, payment schedule, and next steps.

Complete the agreement

The event becomes confirmed after the required agreement and payment steps are completed.

Delivery and setup

Forge Fairway installs and checks the simulator, then provides equipment orientation before play.

Teardown and removal

At the end of the rental window, the equipment is disassembled and removed from the venue.
