Booking requests are not confirmations

Submitting the website form does not reserve a date, create a rental contract, or guarantee equipment availability. A booking is confirmed only after the required quote, agreement, and payment steps are completed.

Preliminary estimates

Website estimates are based on the selected rental length, club sets, and attendants. They may exclude delivery beyond the included service area, taxes, venue-specific requirements, custom services, or later changes.

Venue and customer information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event and venue information and for obtaining venue permission. Final space, power, access, weather, and safety requirements must be approved before service.

Final agreement controls

The written quote, rental agreement, payment policy, cancellation and rescheduling policy, weather policy, waivers, and other event documents control the confirmed transaction if they differ from general website information.

Intellectual property

Forge Fairway names, logos, artwork, website content, and promotional materials may not be copied or used without permission.
